An internal private lane is being proposed to connect 16th ave to Alder Street providing access to the underground parking.
The development will provide the community with 56 affordable rental units.
The proposed development is consolidated with 4 other existing lots.
Approximately 11 retail units will border 16th avenue and 160th Street enclosing the 27 stall above ground parking lot which includes 2 assisted parking stall.
Enclosed area will include the access to the underground parking ramp as well as an outdoor amenity space.
